Antonio Merker

I'm an engineering leader who works on organizations, not just the technology they run on. I started out as an engineer and moved into management deliberately: because the problems I found most interesting weren't in the code, but in how teams are structured, how engineers grow, and why good decisions are so hard to reach. These cultural and structural conditions decide whether teams are sustainable and high-performing. And they're exactly what organizations tend to overlook.

I've been building in that direction since 2015, with nearly seven years at Spotify leading client engineering across Desktop and Web Player. I know what good looks like at scale, and I'm willing to go build it where it doesn't yet exist, especially where technology can have real impact on the questions that matter.
